My journey into fitness began in my early 20s, driven by a personal struggle with debilitating back pain. Medical professionals couldn’t pinpoint the cause, and their symptom-focused treatments only added to my frustration. Taking matters into my own hands, I applied strategic physical and movement adjustments that not only resolved my pain but ignited a passion for helping others in similar situations.


This breakthrough led to the founding of Juggernaut PT in 2005, where I channeled the “Unstoppable Spirit of Fitness.” Over time, my methods evolved into more intelligent, strategic solutions, and today, Recalibrate Personal Training stands on the foundational principle of blending smart strategies with an unstoppable spirit to create lasting results.
